2) No Client–Architect Relationship from Contact Form

Submitting the Contact Form does not create a client–architect relationship, an offer, or an obligation for us to provide services. Any engagement begins only after both parties sign a written agreement.

3) Do Not Submit Confidential Information

Please do not share confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information through the Contact Form. Materials you submit are treated for evaluation and communication purposes only and are not protected by professional secrecy unless and until a formal engagement agreement is signed.

A) Who We Are (Controller)

Armin Raad Architects is the controller of personal data submitted via the Contact Form. For EU/EEA/UK users, our processing aligns with GDPR principles; for Türkiye, KVKK principles apply; for other regions, equivalent privacy standards are followed.

Project Context: project type, location (city/country), budget range, timeline (optional).

Message Content & Attachments (if enabled).

C) Why We Process Your Data (Purposes & Legal Bases)

Responding to your inquiry and pre-contract steps (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) / KVKK 5(2)(c)).
